LM LONGHORNS
The LM Ranch is a 2,500 acre slice of heaven in the heart of the Texas Hill Country. Located between Llano and Marble Falls, the ranch is bordered by mountains to the west, 4 miles of spring-fed shallow creek frontage to the south, and great neighbors all around us.
RANCH HIGHLIGHTS
LM Longhorns was founded in 2016 with its initial purchase of five (5) longhorns at the Red McCombs Fiesta Sale. We are best known for our foundation female 3S Danica, and it’s no coincidence that when you pull up our LM Longhorns website the 3S brand of Alan & Teresa Sparger permeates our herd. Alan spent 50 years experimenting with the McCombs herd and the best cows money could buy. And for his efforts got to choose one (1) heifer each year off the top of the RM herd. If the McCombs herd is one of the best in the industry … then 3S is the best of the best.
At LM we hope to carry on the legacy of the 3S brand, and what better way to do that than outcross our extended Touchdown Tari family with a great bull like Rebel HR. Stay tuned for what could be some outstanding offspring!
