Cantera Cattle Company started raising longhorns in 2019 on a small ranch just outside

of Wichita Falls,Texas known as Old Gringo Ranch. It’s a family operation run by Bob

and Bryan Hines. We are fairly new to the longhorn industry but we’re fast learners and

we are acquiring some outstanding genetics to accelerate our program. We love what

we do and we hope that’s apparent in the way we operate and the quality we are

producing.

Cantera Cattle Company joined a syndicate of like-minded ranches formed by Whitlock

Ranch, Bentwood Ranch, and Harrell Ranch for the exclusive sale of all REBEL HR

SEMEN.

April 2021

WHITLOCK LONGHORNS along with CANTERA CATTLE COMPANY purchase the 96"

TTT cow - PACIFIC YELLOW BELL. Now being bred to REBEL HR.

Cantera Cattle Company purchases half interest of the bull Jamaka Trouble, also owned

by Richard Filip of Bentwood Ranch.
